  • 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Welcome breakfast: You made it! Immerse yourself in locally sourced, organic produce, savouring flavours to kick-start your senses. A brief orientation and an overview of the retreat set the tone for your creative journey.

  • 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Ice-breaking session with writing prompts: Begin with interactive exercises, forming connections with fellow writers. Share your aspirations and get a glimpse into the upcoming writing goals.

  • 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Gourmet lunch: A curated culinary experience offering diverse local and international flavours.


Afternoon:



  • 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Wellness workshop with a certified instructor: Focus on mindfulness, stretching, and relaxation techniques to prepare your mind for the immersive creative journey.

  • 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM: Welcome dinner: Delight in the region’s culinary surprises, setting the stage for an evening of creative connection.


Evening:



  • 8:30 PM – 10:00 PM: Opening writing session led by founder Claire: Overcome writer’s block, set personal intentions, and embark on a creative exploration.

  • 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Journalling, followed by intensive writing workshop led by a renowned instructor: (We will have decided on your goals before the retreat, but here are some options.) Dive into character development, plot structure, and creative inspiration across fiction, memoir, and non-fiction.
